Order one size up for a more relaxed and casual fit. I am 5'9 and wear a large (I'm typically a medium). It sits right at my waistline, so it's perfect with high waisted jeans! Applique is sewn on to ensure the highest quality of apparel. 

Washing instructions: Wash inside out and hang to dry.
